- Candidates must have a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is compulsory to apply for this appointment.
- The candidate must possess the required prescribed qualifications and have a valid registration with the relevant statutory authority (where applicable) on or before the date of the walk-in-interview.

- 10th Class Board Certificate with Date of Birth (DoB) No other evidence can be considered to determine the date of birth.
- Consolidated mark sheet for MBBS degree
M.B.B.S. Degree. - Internship completion certificate.
- Valid registration certificate with statutory registration board such as MCI.
- The SC caste certificate is issued in the prescribed format as mentioned in point (vii) and point (viii) of the section.
- Proof of Higher Qualification (if any) – Mark Sheet and Degree / Diploma Certificate of all semesters.

- Candidates must attend the Walk-in-Interview to be held at 09:00 am on 10.02.2021 at the specified location with the filled-in application form at the end of this detailed advertisement.
